Founder of the AXKNetwork conglomerate. Holds executive authority across operating verticals and chairs the holding board.

Coordinates day-to-day operations across the six verticals, group services, and inter-entity reporting cadence.

Finance & Capital

Office of the Chief Financial Officer

Owns group treasury, consolidated reporting, and the capital allocation interface with OTJ Capital.

Legal & Governance

Office of the General Counsel

Holds entity governance, board secretariat, regulatory posture, and the working interface with Justly.
